About Aileen

My journey with piano began with a deep love for music and expression. I pursued this passion by completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, where I developed strong teaching and performance skills. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students learn piano in a clear and supportive way.

I believe that learning piano should be enjoyable and meaningful. My teaching style focuses on patience, clear explanation, and steady progress. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning and improving at their own pace. I also adapt my lessons based on each student’s level and goals.

I continue to practice and explore different music styles to keep my teaching fresh and engaging. Teaching piano is fulfilling because I see students grow in confidence and skill. I aim to help every learner build strong musical understanding, improve their expression, and develop a confident and enjoyable connection with the piano.

About the lesson

Learning piano becomes enjoyable when students feel relaxed and guided step by step. In my lessons, I begin with basic exercises focusing on finger independence, note reading, and rhythm patterns. I use simple explanations and easy practice methods so students can understand clearly. This helps build a strong foundation and confidence from the beginning. The environment is calm and encouraging, allowing students to learn comfortably.

As students improve, I introduce more advanced topics such as hand coordination, dynamics, and musical expression. I guide them step by step through scales, exercises, and simple pieces. Practice is structured to build consistency and improve accuracy. I also provide feedback to help students correct mistakes and improve steadily over time.

My goal is to help students develop confidence and enjoyment in playing piano. Over time, they become more comfortable with the instrument and start expressing themselves through music. This growth improves both skill and creativity. I support learners in building strong foundations, improving their performance ability, and developing the confidence to play piano with clarity and expression in both practice and performance settings.
