About James
My name is James, I’m a Aerospace Engineer undergraduate aiming to work for the European Space Agency. I first started tutoring 4-5 years ago during high school as my dad is a maths teacher that often took up tutoring in his spare time. I’d regularly join him in helping teach students and in doing so picked up many teaching methods.

Every student is different. This means that my teaching will not always follow a rigorous pattern but adapt to what works best in response to the students understanding. The basis of the first lesson is always going to be about identifying knowledge gaps and analysing where students are in their curriculum. This is usually done by working through a maths paper at their given level. From here I’m able plan future lessons in order of importance towards improving grades.
