About Adrian
Hello, my name is Adrian. I'm currently a student at McMaster University studying automotive engineering. Math has been my favorite subject for a long time now and I'm hoping to help some students bring up their grades in math. I've been a volleyball coach for a couple years now and I'm hoping to bring that experience over to tutoring as well. Wouldn't mind having a chat about anything sports related while doing work too!

As a tutor, my approach is centered around student problem solving by practicing the practice problems with clues rather than being told the answer. I believe that learning through failure is one of the best ways to learn and remember material while developing problem solving strategies especially in mathematics. Lesson plans depend on what the students want/need help working on and going through practice problems as well as a mini lesson to review the topic.
