About Sinan
Hi! I’m a Durham University Economics graduate with two years of experience working as a consultant at PwC. I’ve always enjoyed helping others understand complex ideas, whether it's breaking down economic theory or finding simple ways to approach tricky maths problems. Tutoring gives me the chance to share what I’ve learned in a way that makes a real difference to students—whether that’s boosting grades, building confidence, or just making the subject more enjoyable. My approach to tutoring is tailored, engaging, and results-driven. I focus on building a strong understanding of core concepts while also helping students develop the confidence to tackle problems independently. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit their needs—whether that’s breaking down complex theories into simple steps, working through exam-style questions, or revisiting foundational knowledge. Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and fully online, using interactive tools to make sessions dynamic and productive. I also provide follow-up resources or recap notes when needed to help reinforce learning outside of lessons. I hold a degree in Economics from Durham University and have worked as a consultant at PwC for two years, which has strengthened my ability to explain analytical concepts clearly and logically. My tutoring is aimed at: Economics students up to A level Maths students up to GCSE level Whether you're aiming for top grades or looking to boost your confidence in a subject, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
