About Rubi
I am currently a second-semester freshman student at UT Austin. I have an extensive background in tutoring (especially in the STEM areas) as I did that throughout my high school years. My previous students have always improved their test scores and grades within a couple of weeks. I am very open-minded and patient as I believe learning and improving takes time and effort from both the teacher and the student. My goal is to cater sessions to students' needs and help guide them toward sucess.

My lessons range from kindergarten students to seniors in high school. For younger students, I focus on making learning engaging and fun through varying activities and games that cover the learning outlines and expectations. For older students, I provide learning goals and room for self-guidance. Skills are worked on through a more direct approach with individual specialization. Lessons may last between 1-2 hr based on student need and availability.
