About Valarie
I began working at Mathnasium while in high school, and have continued to tutor through college for a total of four years. I'm pursuing a Physics & Astrophysics degree with a minor in computer science and have taken math courses up through Calculus III and Ordinary Differential Equations.

I like to create a unique curriculum tailored to each individual student's needs, to make sure that there aren't any gaps or holes in their education moving forward. I think a very conceptual foundation is important to a proper understanding of the STEM subjects, so I typically begin there and encourage the students to use problem-solving methods to break down each problem.
