About Isamar
I am a fourth year PhD student, using computer programming to answer an Earth Science question. I am also a predoctoral fellow at NASA, working with NASA scientists to tackle different ecological / Earth Science questions through computer programming. I'm excited to work with students to help them gain the confidence and knowledge to develop software!

My method for teaching computer programming is through live coding. Students will go through each line of code in practice sets and learn the form / structure of a code block. Students will also have the opportunity to develop their own programs through practice sets. Each lesson will focus on building off what was previously taught.
