About Ananth

An alumnus of Cardiff University & Cranfield School of Management with an MBA & Executive Leadership Degree, I bring with me 2 decades of experience & expertise.

Having worked in Banking, Local & Central Government I have cross sector & industry experience in financial services, economic development, regeneration, public policy, business enterprise & major infrastructure projects.

I've also worked as a freelance lecturer at the European Academy for Taxes, Economy & Law (Euro Acad) in Berlin for over 4 years on topics ranging from EU procurement, State Aid, Project & Programme Management & Compliance delivering lessons to professional delegates from all EU Governement Organisations, European Court of Audit, European Commission etc. who dealt with EU funds across the continent.

Most recently I worked as a senior leader at the Department for Transport leading on a portfolio of programmes worth approximately £2.6bn.

I currently run my own advisory & consultancy firm working with organisations & providing them with senior leadership capabilities to run their major infrastructure programmes.

My prime area is to work with Senior department & government leaders such as Mayors, Permanent Secretaries, Leader of the Councils, CEOs, MPs & Councillors to take them through the project journey. As such, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement & negotiation skills are second nature to me.

I also have 2 start-ups which are currently in the growth phase which I co-founded 4 years ago by applying my learned & lived experience.

A keen eye for detail & a politically astute individual who thrives on perfection & learning through mistakes & experience I never shy away from taking up a challenge!
