About Kian
I’m Kian, I’m 21 years old and my passion is the gym. I fell in love with it 2.5 years ago and I’ve never looked back. From skinny to muscular , my life changed. My confidence skyrocketed and my overall wellbeing has changed massively. To be able to help change people’s lives in the same way I changed mine, is my career dream!
