About Sian
I have taught social science subjects for over 30 years, working with A* students and with students who struggle to achieve. Social science subjects are very relevant to contemporary issues and I use a lot of discussion around topics in the media to illustrate points being made.
I work as an examiner for 2 different exam boards and I am aware of the requirements needed to achieve great grades.

I find an hour is the optimum amount of time a student can concentrate for.
The lessons will focus on knowledge recall, followed by question / exam discussion, ending with exam question practice and feedback.
