About Mia
I am a dedicated student and a hard-worker, which can be seen in my GCSE and A-level achievements all of an A* standard. I have strong communication, presentation, and social skills which I have demonstrated through my Extended Project Qualification. I have developed good time management, organisation, and multitasking, through my volunteering at after school clubs. My role as welfare officer for sixth-form shows my ability to work as a team player and independently. By taking English literature for A-level my confidence really evolved, which now I am hoping to help aid in other students, the analytical and evaluation skills I gained through studying English literature have now developed further through my degree in Psychology.

My tutor session are for 12-16 years and GCSE students, as i have an A-level in English literature. My teaching will be centered around the individual student, as a Dyslexic who took English literature further, I have experience adapting revision to this learning style. Typically 1 hour sessions but I am flexible. I have a strong knowledge of English Literature and have gained work experience in school settings, which has given me experience with a variety of teaching approaches.
