About Bajram
I have experience with students and always maintain a professional atmosphere. I always strive to understand what students are capable of doing and work around these capabilities. I always make students feel reassured of there answers and ask them if they can explain to me what they have written as if I they are introducing me to the topic for the first time, if they can do that then I can understand that they’ve comprehended the assignment at hand.

My teaching methods and techniques are surrounded by re-reading texts, documents or about past events on the topic that we’re currently learning about. For example if the underlying theme is equality in the United States history m, we read about past historical events on a certain event where a group of individuals have struggled to gain rights, and students are then expected to answer comprehension questions on the topic they just read and how dose it apply to the underlying theme of equality. What sets me apart as a tutor is that I am calm, cool and collaborative l. I am still quite young I am only 23 years old so I can connect to students on a personal yet professional manner and I was in their shoes not long ago so I feel thatI can understand there thoughts, challenges, strengths and concerns on a comprehensive level. My experience mostly has to do with high school students
