According to me, the class environmentis mostly depends on class teacher. A good teacher will always handle that environment and maintain decorm of class that motive students to learn with sincerity.
As much i have experienced in my classes,I felt that a good teacher can change a average student into good student by playing with their mentality and make good student-teacher connection in class . These all factors will make help in growth in study environmentof whole class.
