I grew up struggling with ADHD. I have learned many coping mechanisms to assist me and have researched many more. I have taken what seems like negatives and flipped them to my advantage. I have put in a lot of effort to shape myself. I have also had a lot of helping hands.

My goal when I am interacting with the toutoree is to help them gain coping skills to handle the stress of the workload. I am also trying to help them work past the struggle to start the work and continue to attempt the work to the best of their ability. I do not ask for perfection. I am asking for your best effort.
