About Noel
I am almost a college graduate with two degrees in Dance and Psychology. I also gradated from a performing arts high school! I believe that dance is a life lesson tool that can get one through hard times, help one improve mentally, academically, physically, impulsively, confidently, and dance teaches skills that help dancers throughout their daily and future lives! I love to encourage with my words in enthusiasm, words of confidence, positivity, and energy! I am very outgoing and love to lead by example. In recent years I have choreographed college dances, taught tap for musicals for community theatre, and have been substituting children's dance classes (age 5-18) at studios in the bay in the majority of 2021!

-I start lessons conditioning the body to best able it to express the dance technique being learned. After stretch, warm up, and education of the proper muscles important to stretch prior to dancing.
-I teach/tutor technique in multiple dance genres including Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Ballet, and more.
-I teach choreography for better understanding/vocabulary of the genres technique, and conditioning/practice.
An ideal lesson for me includes technique and choreography, but have no preference in requested lesson plans!
I substitute dance classes for children 5-18 years old and am open to substitute at new studios!
I tend to do almost every work out/ warm- up/ choreography in the lesson with students! I feel like it helps encourage! I do take the time needed to see and adjust technique when being rehearsed also.
