About Esperanza

I have studied and danced in important schools and art companies in Mexico and the world. My stage career includes classical dance, flamenco, contemporary dance as well as equestrian dance. I have also studied the disciplines of Pilates and Yoga as part of a comprehensive training.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on my own path of formation. Throughout my life in dance and stage art, I have learned to distinguish what a student needs to be properly trained, depending on their needs, qualities and desires on stage.
