I love to teach and I can crystallize the information so it is easy to digest. I am also able to increase a student's confidence in the subject matter which is crucial for success. Often it is necessary to adopt different approaches to a subject so that the one that relates best to a particular student is utilized.
I have been able to find ways to make subjects interesting which is important for motivation.
