About Tania
I am currently studying dentistry. For Biology and Psychology, I got 2 A*'s (AQA). For my GCSEs, I got 2A*’s, 4A’s and 2 B’s.
In Maths I got a 7, in English literature I got an 8 and for Combined Sciences I achieved a 7/8.
I have some experience with tutoring and I believe I am capable of helping students overcome any issues they have with topics and gain more confidence!
As a student myself, I completely understand how confusing A-level topics can be, this has made me develop different techniques to simplify and break down content to make it easier to understand.
I also offer help for dental and medical school interviews.

My lesson plan focuses on retaining and applying the knowledge learnt. One of the techniques that I use is active recall, at the end of each lesson I would create a question to test the student's knowledge and anything that the student struggles with, will be revisited in the next lesson. At the beginning of lessons, questions on the topic will be covered. This will be done to see their current knowledge. Additionally, I also use plenty of practice questions and condensed notes. I am flexible with the structure of lessons and I will try to suit them to the student's needs!
