About Martin
I am a progression mentor working with young adults interested in careers in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Throughout my professional career I have mentored aspiring apprentices into IT and Engineering professions. I run a social well-being initiative too for the leeds community that focuses on critical thinking and philosophical debate. I truly enjoy working with people, and being a part of their progression.

I have a natural talent for numeracy, and systems thinking. I have been an IT and engineering professional for the past 12 years. I enjoy teaching aspiring students and helping them cultivate and recognise their own innate gifts. I pride myself in being able to listen, truly listen, before setting those that I tutor on a path of self discovery.
