About Sanchitha
I am a doctor of Naturopathy and yoga and I would like to make members aware of the wonderful effects practicing yoga can have in your life and also the great misconception that this term has. Yoga is not about bending your spine to the extreme or maintaining a headstand. It is about being present and comfortable in each posture and enabling you to remember being mindful at any stage of your life.

My focus is on condition specific yoga (yoga for each health ailment) and also on yoga philosophy for those interested. This is open to any age group who either wish to learn general yoga as well as for those who want to do yoga for their own well-being. We will go through different asanas, yoga flow, breathing exercises, pranayama and its physiological effect. Which pose is indicated and contraindicated in which condition and more.
