About Kurt
Teaching mathematics takes patience and persistence—the moment a complex proof finally clicks makes it all worthwhile. With 13 years of experience, I guide students through algebra, coordinate geometry, and calculus with a focus on deep conceptual understanding.
I especially enjoy helping students develop practical problem-solving strategies. Rather than simply memorizing formulas, we work on understanding how and why each approach works.
After helping 1,000 students with SAT/ACT math and geometry, I’ve found that steady practice creates meaningful, rewarding progress. My goal is to make every session clear, engaging, and confidence-building.
