Nigel is an excellent teacher who is very passionate about teaching his pupils the art if drumming. He is very talented and patient with my daughter and always encourages her to listen to music to try to understand the different styles of music. I would highly recommend him as a drumming tutor.

I have known Nigel for over 25 years and have been lucky enough to have first hand experience of working with him in a professional environment. Nigel is well-known amongst old school musicians in Cardiff - he has played in numerous bands spanning multiple genres with other sought after musicians, and worked in many schools across South Wales as a percussions teacher. He is an extremely talented and experienced drummer with an enthusiasm that is unmatched. I have had several blocks of lessons with Nigel in which he guided me through various gradings with his great sense of humour, patience and lesson planning. The only thing greater than his passion to drum is his passion to teach. Nigel is able to cater his lessons to anyone - students who have never picked up a set of drum sticks before, people with advanced abilities, and those with special educational needs or complex behaviour.
