About Rachel
I hold my Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) and my Special Education certification, bringing classroom-proven experience working with diverse elementary learners. Having experience in early childhood and special education, I know that standard one-size-fits-all teaching doesn't work for every child.

Hi! I’m Rachel, a certified teacher specializing in elementary reading, writing, and math for grades K–6. My instruction is completely individualized, multisensory, and data-driven to ensure every student feels supported and confident.
A typical 60-minute session includes:
Warm-Up & Connection: A quick review or fluency check to build immediate confidence.
Explicit Skill Instruction: Introducing key concepts in reading, writing, or math using structured "I Do, We Do, You Do" modeling.
Guided Practice: Interactive exercises, graphic organizers, and visual supports to build true conceptual understanding.
Application & Wrap-Up: Applying the target skill to a real text or math problem, followed by a positive reflection on progress made.
