I use a methodology where all techniques are tailored to the physical, psychological, and emotional priorities of each individual. Professional Diplomas in Strength and Conditioning in Football; Beginner Certification in Qigong, Conscious Movement, and Quantum Biomechanics. Other: Sports Psychology Certification. Proprietary Personalized Methodologies: Mindfulness Strength Trainings; Short Athletic Workouts; Mentoring of Athletes using Balanced Psychology and focusing on the objectives and priorities of each individual at the moment.
