I am in my last year of studying English at Durham University.
My academic achievements so far are:
9 A*s at GCSE
A*AA in A-levels of English Literature, Biology and Drama (A* in English)
And I am currently on track to achieve a first class result in my degree.
As a younger tutor, who has recently taken exams myself, I am in the perfect position to remember exactly what the exam boards are looking for. I also remember how tricky it can feel to be taking your exams, so I understand what students are going through!

Hi there! I have been tutoring for the past 4 years, both professionally and on a volunteer basis. I have lots of experience teaching students from years 5-13, and I believe that anybody can learn to love English!
I specialise in teaching GCSE English language and literature and A-level English literature. My lessons are usually one hour long, and will include a mix of verbal discussion, exam-style practice, and short writing exercises.
Teaching is my passion and I have already been accepted to become a teacher with Teach First after my degree.
