My teaching method is individualized based upon the student's learning style, academic abilities, as well as, his or her desired academic goals. I believe each student is capable of both meeting and exceeding their academic expectations,when given the right tools to meet their learning needs. I do not believe one teaching style fits all. I have taught the same lesson to various students, changing the lesson each time to fit the needs of a kinesthetic learner, a learner with special needs, as well as, a student who needs further academic challange due to an advanced IQ. Every student is capable of success, he or she needs to be met where he or she is at academically, given the right tools to meet his or her learning style, and challenged to continue to excel.
