Hello! I'm Karen Kaur, a UK-educated Personality Development Coach with over 15 years of professional experience in business, leadership, communication, and mentoring.
I specialize in helping teenagers and young adults build confidence, improve communication, develop positive body language, strengthen emotional intelligence, and prepare for success in school, college, interviews, and everyday life.
