About Sara
I graduated from Miami University In 2003 with a bachelor of science in education. I was a stay at home mom for many years and entered back into the workforce a few years ago as a special education teacher’s aide. I have five children at home and have helped them with remote learning over this past year due to quarantine and shut down weeks at their schools. Zoom has become a way of life. With my experience in helping students with special in the General Ed classroom, i’m excited to help you as well!

I approach each learner where they are in their understanding of each subject. Students learn in many different ways whether it be visually audibly, or hands-on. I feel it’s always important to remain patient, positive and encouraging. I feel students learn best under a peaceful environment or they feel comfortable trying to absorb the information needed. Using a variety of tools and ways to help students absorb the information is important as well.
