About Yvonne
My name is Yvonne Smith, and I hold two master’s degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education. I have experience teaching Mathematics and English Language Arts to students in grade K-5, including third grade. I provide engaging, personalized instruction that meets each student’s individual learning needs.
I am passionate about helping students build strong academic skills, confidence, and a love for learning. My goal is to help every student reach their highest potential and soar to success!

In reading, students develop letter recognition, phonics, vocabulary, listening skills, and early reading abilities.
In writing, students practice letters, sounds, handwriting, words, and beginning sentence formation.
My goal is to create a positive learning environment where every child feels encouraged to learn, participate, and grow.
