About IFTIKHAR
I fondly recall my teaching experiences since my elementary/ high school days when I had to guide my younger siblings in the subjects of English, Mathematics and Physics. Fast forward, during my undergrad exams, I would frequently ask my classmates and then explain finer points and subtleties often overlooked when solving engineering-related problems. I guess, it was a rewarding and enjoyable experience. Soon after graduation as an Aeronautical Engineer, I joined the military service where one of the mandated tasks was to mentor our team members on different technical, administrative, and military subjects. The later job assignments, including but not limited to as Director Training, Principal Aviation Engineering School, and Director Vocational Education, further polished my teaching and education management skills.
