I am extremely enthusiastic and as a professional engineer I use Maths, Programming and Physics on a daily basis. I would say it's become almost a hobby than a job !

My personal approach is to learn one on one about my tutee then to make them a personal training plan based on their skillset and grades. Using past papers and my personal metrics to understand the level of their understanding on the subject.
I can do 14-18 based on availability.
I have previously tutored a lot of private and grammar school pupils who all excelled in their final exams.
