During a lesson, I typically start by asking what the student finds most difficult and starting from there. I believe in taking time to approach methods in creative ways and work to include as much discussion as possible. Based on the age we can start with some sight words or by reading/practicing a 5-minute lesson. I also have experience working with second language learners (as I am one myself).
