Highly Recommend!Rishma undoubtedly conducts the meditations in a very sensitive and mature way. I love the way she connects individually and makes you feel relaxed. Her experience of years in this field has definately made her finely tuned to each persons needs and providing meditations accordingly. I would recommend her if you are looking for peace, silence and relaxation.
She is a veteran in providing meditation counselling and training sessions. I have known her since long and witnessed the positive and effective transformation of the participants who attended her sessions.
One can clearly see her passion for meditation. Her voice is very soothing and deep. The moment she said that she will take my feedback in the next class instead of doing it after the meditation session, I knew she has experienced what she is teaching.
