About Wesley
I am an enthusiastic flute tutor with 12 years of experience helping students achieve their musical goals. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who want to explore music in a friendly, supportive, and motivating environment. My lessons are designed to make learning simple, effective, and enjoyable.
My teaching style combines communication, patience, creativity, and motivation. I adapt every lesson according to the student's strengths, learning pace, and musical interests. I encourage students to practice regularly while enjoying every step of their progress.
Besides flute, I teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, breath management, beginner keyboard, sight reading, performance preparation, and music appreciation. These related subjects help students become more confident and well-rounded musicians.
I specialize in helping students improve posture, breathing control, finger coordination, tone quality, rhythm, and musical expression. I also provide practical practice strategies and continuous feedback that support steady improvement.
My goal is to help every student build confidence, develop musical excellence, and enjoy a lifelong connection with music.

I believe that learning the flute should be exciting, rewarding, and filled with continuous improvement. My teaching methodology is built on Communication, Accountability, and Integrity, creating an encouraging environment where students feel confident to learn and grow.
Lessons begin with breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, finger placement, and tone quality before progressing to rhythm practice, scales, note reading, articulation, dynamics, phrasing, and performance preparation. Practical exercises help students improve accuracy, confidence, and musical expression.
Communication allows me to explain every technique clearly while encouraging open discussions during lessons. Accountability helps students build discipline through regular practice and personal responsibility. Integrity guides my teaching with honesty, patience, fairness, and genuine care for every learner.
Besides flute, I teach Music Theory, Sight Reading, Ear Training, Staff Notation, Rhythm Development, Breath Control, Instrument Care, Music Appreciation, Performance Skills, and Practice Techniques. These supporting subjects provide students with a complete understanding of music.
My objective is to help students become confident flute players who enjoy learning and continue improving with dedication.
