About Daia

I began my journey towards meditation 7 years ago, driven by personal experiences that led me to understand that everything begins with the breath. Since then, I have deeply explored the wonders of this transformative practice.

Three years ago, I participated in two Vipassana courses, where I experienced total immersion in meditation for ten days. Since then, I have found an even deeper connection to my being and the benefits of mindfulness.

My training as a 500-hour certified yoga instructor has provided me with valuable tools for meditative practice.

On the other hand, thanks to art therapy, we can express our meditative experiences in different ways without having to speak. Whether drawing, painting, making collages, or writing, we let our creativity flow without restrictions. In this space, we allow ourselves to explore and connect with our inner world in a relaxed and judgment-free way.

About the lesson

Teaching Techniques and Methodology:

• Integration of mindfulness meditation, creative visualization and artistic expression to foster the mind-body connection.

• Use of conscious breathing techniques to calm the mind and reduce stress.

• Facilitation of art therapy exercises such as drawing, painting, creative writing, to explore emotions and promote self-expression.

• Encouraging reflection and open dialogue to deepen personal understanding and inner growth.
