About Anna
I have been working with children for 10 years and teaching in primary schools for 4 years. I love working with children of all ages and enjoy meeting and working with new families.
I have a degree in Teacher and Learning from University of Houston where I achieved a 4.00 GPA (1:1) and a Masters degree from UCL (University College London) in Educational Psychology.
I care deeply about my own education and and follow the most up to date research and effective teaching strategies to order to benefit and support the children I teach.

I am passionate about making learning fun, engaging and exciting and helping the children I teach discover their love for learning. I see the potential in each child I work with, recognise their strengths and celebrate their progress.
Having successfully taught for the past 3 years in an Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in central London, I have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the the National Curriculum and have become specialised in teaching children early reading skills and phonics.
With young children, my lessons are always highly interactive and often game-based. I bring all my own teaching materials including, books, games, written work and interactive activities that I specifically tailor to suit the needs of the child I am working with.
I would love to meet you and your family so I might be able to introduce myself properly to you in person and discuss what you require in greater depth. I look forward to hearing form you and answering any further questions you might have!
