About Kathleen

I am a Communications engineer and also have a workplace training and assessment qualification. I have taught in Professional, Community and Voluntary positions. With the up coming changes which will affect the workforce and students futures I wish to share my skills and experience. I have worked in this industry for over 30 Years in many different roles covering everything from programming, Design, Hardware and Software plus others.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is inspiring the learner, relating as much as possible to the person and their experiences so they can relate and understand better. I like teaching online, since this is where technology currently sits. This also allows the learners to choose a time that suites them. I also love class interactions and one on one training. My courses are designed with the learning objectives required by the individuals or the persons who will be attending. I also like to steer my students to gain credentials that they can use for future job prospects and a better income.
