About Kathryn
I am an engineer and geophysicist and love mentoring. I have previously mentored junior staff. I also coach rugby and relate well to kids of all ages. I believe anyone can achieve anything with the right guidance. Not everyone learns the same so I am adaptive and willing to try multiple ways to teach a topic to ensure success.

Everyone learns differently. I believe in teaching in a way that drives success which will be different for each student. I am a firm believer in positive psychology. When there is a perceived failure, such as a student not understanding a concept, I believe turning this into a positive experience for growth has the most successful outcomes.
