About Logan
I am a computer engineer with a dual degree in Engineering and Computer Science. I have been developing software for a variety of areas including robotics, psychology, and education administration. Additionally, I've been teaching/tutoring CS to students for 3 years as both a mentor on a robotics team and Teaching Assistant at college.

Every lessons revolves around asking questions and investigating ideas surrounding areas of confusion and novel ideas. The approach lies in between the style of Emancipated Learning and the Socratic Method, with heavy focus on understanding before practice; a holistic coverage of topics is given to give both breath and depth to each concept. This style is especially beneficial to students who find interest in exploring the relationships between concepts and commonly indulge in big-picture thinking. As both computer science and this teaching style rely significantly on abstraction, students who are detail oriented or learn best through memorization may initially find difficulty learning with this approach. Age 14+ and post-geometry level math preferred, but anyone is welcome.
