Being comfortable with the teacher and enjoying every single minute of learning gives you immense confidence and positivity towards the learning.
In 60 minutes of class, 45 minutes should be teaching and explaining the concepts and 15 minutes should be spent on understanding students' idea/feedback on that topic.
I make the kids feel more comfortable in my class rather than making it like a robot.
