I am an experienced chemical engineer worked in world's biggest manufacturing industry of metals. I daily used my engineering math which included Data studies, trigonometry and differential equation to improve manufacturing processes. Having use these tools gives mean edge to master the subject and teach how these subjects can be employed in our daily lives.
