About Garima
I am a final year university student at the University of Waterloo studying mechanical engineering. I am a very dedicated tutor, and very well versed in the subjects I teach. My goal is to ensure that the students understand all the concepts I teach them, and I don't mind going to the extra mile to prepare more learning material to ensure that all the doubts in their minds about the subjects are cleared. I want to ensure that students don't have to memorize any topics and understand them so that they can apply this knowledge to further education and work in the future. I am also very approachable and welcome to all questions so students should feel like they can learn without having a fear of making mistakes.

My teaching style is completely catered to each student's individual preference. This could include detailed lessons for each topic in the textbook by walking through example questions and explaining each step. I can also explain concepts in a clear manner and in a way that is easier to understand than textbooks. During the lessons, it is upto the student to decide whether they need me to go over concepts or to provide help with homework questions or give practice problems and walk them through the solutions. I also prepare lesson plans in advance in order to cover topics timely and ensure the student understands every concept well.
I am qualified in Mechanical Engineering at a Bachelors level from the University of Waterloo. I can teach physics and chemistry upto a high school level.
