I am actually currently employed as a math tutor at my college where I help students. I have one year of professional experience as a tutor, but have been helping people with math and academics a little while before my job as well: i.e. tutoring my siblings and their friends in math.

My teaching method is usually teaching by example and by helping students understand the core concepts behind something. My techniques include giving example problems, walking students through example problems while explaining what is going on, and demonstrating problems. While receiving tutoring from me you can expect me to be polite and friendly but at the same time focused and calm. I respect your time :). My lessons can be for elementary students, middle school, high school and college students or anyone wishing to brush up math skills.
