About SEBASTIÁN
I'm a 24 year old Software Engineering student from Chile who likes cooking, gardening and playing the guitar in my spare time. For the last eight years I've helped both high school and college students build the confidence they need to tackle their assignments and exams.
I wholeheartedly enjoy seeing the concepts finally 'click' for my students, and I pride myself on being a patient tutor: if you need me to explain something ten times, I absolutely will.

I aim to help you deeply understand why math works, rather than memorizing steps or doing things mechanically, so you don't get caught off-guard by any questions in your midterms. We work online on a shared whiteboard which you can then review after the class.
I have 8 years of experience as a math tutor, and have specialized in college calculus over the last 3, based on James Stewart's textbook.
I have also volunteered at a non-profit, helping high school students prepare for their college admission exam in mathematics and physics.
