About Sindy
Boxing is at the center of my life and it is this which gave me all my sports skills. The diversity of this discipline allowed me to experiment with various approaches to sport. Boxing combining muscle skills, cardio, technique and strength is nothing else than what I claim to teach my students.

Before talking about methodology, it should be remembered that I adapt to the wishes of my student. So obviously I adapt to the peculiarities of everyone's body, to the sporting past. We do not all have the same expectations in the practice of a sport, and so here are the various trainings that I offer: - Lesson in boxing bear paws (technical course) and / or, full course of English boxing: combining technique, cardio, muscle strengthening. And even, sparring with myself for those who want it (attention I am 1m75 and 75kg) - Fractional sessions combining cardio and muscle strengthening. - Preparation for sports competitions of the army and firefighters, etc.
