About Aline
My name is Aline, and since 2019, I’ve been helping tech professionals build the confidence and fluency they need to stand out in interviews and in their English-speaking work environment. My lessons are designed for those who want to land international job opportunities and communicate effectively in today’s global market.
My journey in the Tech industry began as a PHP Developer, where I worked for over 10 years in major companies like IBM and Ci&T. I also led a global team of 12 professionals in a Canadian startup, working remotely with international colleagues. These experiences taught me firsthand how effective communication in English can open doors to global career opportunities.
Beyond my professional experience, I also lived in the United States for two years, where I had direct exposure to North American culture. During that time, I completed English courses focused on reading, writing, pronunciation, and public speaking, which are essential skills for anyone aiming to grow professionally and stand out in a globalized world.
I hold a degree in Languages (Portuguese & English), a postgraduate degree in Software Development, and I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Leadership.

AGILE ENGLISH 3.0 – ENGLISH FOR TECH PROFESSIONALS
Agile English 3.0 is a methodology I developed, inspired by Agile Project Management principles and based on my experience as a Software Developer and International Career Consultant. The goal is to make learning English more dynamic, practical, and tailored to real-world corporate environments.
HOW DOES AGILE ENGLISH 3.0 WORK?
My individual lessons follow a quarter-based structure (every 3 months), similar to Agile sprints in tech companies. This ensures continuous progress, always focusing on what makes the biggest difference for your career.
Lesson 01 – Team Building:
We start by getting to know each other and defining the best way to work together. After all, great learning starts with great communication!
Lesson 02 – Setting Goals & Key Results (OKRs):
Together, we define clear, customized objectives based on your professional needs, so each lesson delivers tangible progress.
Lessons 03 and Beyond – Content Development:
Each session brings relevant topics for your field, structured exercises to enhance your skills, and a strong focus on workplace communication.
Last Lesson of the Quarter – Retrospective:
Just like the best tech teams, we review your progress and adjust our strategies for even greater efficiency in the next quarter.
After each three-month cycle, we reassess your goals and plan the next steps, ensuring that your learning remains dynamic, practical, and aligned with your career ambitions.
