About Lilian
I'm Lilian! I am an 18-year-old student in Yorkshire with a passion for teaching and helping others achieve their goals! Achieved a Grade 8 in GCSE English (both Literature and Language) with only 2 marks off a Grade 9 in both. I have been tutoring for 2 years with brilliant successes in both SAT and GCSE with students rapidly rising in achieved grades.

I teach predominantly ages 10-16 in preparation for SATs and GCSEs. I teach through repetition mainly and detailed walk-throughs of specific methods. I pride myself on having a fun and relaxed atmosphere when teaching and bringing several students from passing to astounding. Lessons can be anything from 1-3 hours with a preference for 2.

Liliana used to be my daughters tutor and skilfully taught her and really helped her in maths
Lilian taught my child maths and english for 2 years. He has always said that Lilian is kind and patient, no matter how much he struggled. Will definitely continue with tutoring from Lilian!
I think she is very trustworthy and professional. I would recommend to anyone as she has passion and care for pupils. The attention to detail and patience in teaching is unique. My daughter now loves her maths lessons and went from a Grade 3 to a Grade 4!
