About Anna
I found English a tricky subject for many years until the right teacher came and shifted my mindset on English completely. I fell in love with the course and came out of it with full marks in my comparative essay coursework as well as an A* grade overall. As a first-year student now at university studying art, I find myself really missing the academic nature of Literature and would love to be able to share the knowledge I have with people, and help them feel more confident in themselves. I also come from a family of teachers and have done several weeks of work experience in 2 primary schools, doing 1-1 intervention work with children of all ages as well as SEN children. I help my father mark lots of papers for a range of exams that take place during ages 5-11 and therefore am well versed with the preparation needed for these as well.

I am able to pre-record lessons (typically half an hour) specifically towards you regarding the improvements needed in your work, giving demonstrations etc., as well as video call for up to an hour, or spend half an hour to an hour proofreading essays and giving back a form of detailed feedback and analysis on your work. I have done work experience in schools teaching a range of primary years from reception to year 6, and as a first-year university student I still have the knowledge and experience of completing GCSEs and A levels myself to a very high standard.
