About Holly
I have been teaching English in a secondary school for three years and I LOVE my job. My aim to to support students to feel confident going into their lessons and with their learning!
I studied English at Uni and A level before completing my PGCE and have been at the same school ever since.

I utilise my students skills to create detailed tutorials that look at the mark schemes and structure of the exam. I will combine the taught material with the exam boards specification and guidelines, ensuring that my students know their texts well and can translate these into high scoring exam questions! As a marker for AQA Literature exams, I aim to help students know exactly what the examiner would be looking for.
My aim is to make my sessions as relaxed and informative as possible, with a range of structures and revision tactics!
Happy for any length of lesson while we get comfortable.
