About Paula
I am an experienced ESL tutor with 8 years of teaching high school and college students. I am passionate about education and believe language learning can open new opportunities for students. Over the years, I have taught around 150–200 students, helping them improve grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing skills.
Many of my students now communicate clearly and confidently in English. My teaching method is practical and student-centred, using real-life situations, simple explanations, and regular feedback. One of my proudest achievements has been helping students overcome hesitation and fear while speaking English.
I aim to create a calm and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and grow. My goal is to help learners achieve long-term success through strong English communication skills.

My ESL teaching approach is student-centred, practical, and encouraging. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, goals, and learning style to make learning English simple and effective.
Motivation helps students stay consistent and confident. I use positive feedback, achievable goals, and regular progress tracking. Communication is practised through speaking exercises, listening activities, and real-life conversations.
Creativity makes lessons fun and memorable. I use role plays, stories, visuals, and interactive tasks to improve understanding and retention. Time management ensures lessons are balanced, structured, and productive.
In addition to ESL, I also teach spoken English, grammar fundamentals, vocabulary building, pronunciation, email writing, and presentation skills. My goal is to help students communicate clearly and confidently.
